Schedule an Appointment
Please note: Pamela is only accepting new clients on a referral basis. For New Client Consultations, you will be prompted to enter the name of the person who referred you when booking your appointment and Pamela will share the office address once the referral is confirmed (scroll down for booking).
*Pamela reserves the right to cancel an appointment that does not come from a referral.
Clients requesting changes / cancellations within 24 hours of their appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of their appointment.
Appointments can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance.
If no available time is shown, then the calendar is full for the next 12 weeks. Please check back for new dates.
Regular office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:30pm excluding statutory holidays.
For existing clients only: if a request is urgent, please submit an appointment request to Pamela Penner directly. Urgent requests may be accepted after hours if time permits. Contact Pamela for scheduling and rates.
